To meet the increasing demand for this legendary classic was indeed the right phrase to accompany the launch of the Airman 8.
We customers kept asking, begging, whining and demanding an Old Airman look alike.
Well finaly it came and it was just in time to celebrate the Airmans golden anniversary. Alas there was no golden jubilee version, but it looked great, had 2 crowns and was 36 mm.
I really felt like celebrating so I bought my first fifth generation Airman.
It's a great watch and it has a nice feel and look.
We should have asked for a doubleganger though because on closer look I realy kept missing the old Airman hands, Old Airman bezel, Old Airman crown and Old Airman crystal.
